Information Systems and Technology strives to be a center of excellence for customer support. Each school has dedicated IST support staff assigned to it, who then work closely with faculty, staff and students to fulfill the unique needs of each school. Most of our staff are Microsoft and Cisco certified, with several years of experience in IT support.
Our computing lab staff is available within each lab during lab operation hours to ensure all users of the lab are satisfied and have a pleasant experience while working there.
The IST Helpdesk, located on the 2nd Floor of the Library building, is open 24x7 (except holidays) to answer your queries and help you by phone, email or in person. The IST Helpdesk can be contacted by dialing x4149 and x4150 from within LUMS, or by email at email@example.com.
